Return conditions

Even if something suddenly goes wrong, there is always a way out. 

What to do if you want to return or exchange your purchase or gift from FRISSON? 

If you don't like the product or it doesn't fit 

If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. 

To exchange or return an item, please ensure the following: 

• The product is completely intact and has not been used; 

• All its components are available, including intact packaging; 

• You have a sales receipt (required if the product is returned). 

If a defect is detected in the product 

• We are responsible for the quality of our products, so we will exchange the product for free or refund your money if you find a manufacturing defect or defect in the product; 

• In the event that you were not able to inspect the product immediately (for example, you purchased it as a gift) and the defect was discovered later, we will also exchange it or make a refund; 

• Even if you purchased FRISSON products from our partners and found a defect, we will resolve all issues so that you are satisfied with your purchase.

After contacting the manager, describe the situation, attach a photo of your product (if you are writing online), and then choose a convenient delivery method as part of the exchange/return. 

WARNING!

If you are sending the product for exchange/return, after sending it, be sure to inform the manager of the TTN number and your details for the refund. 

Do not forget to use the product with love ☺
